anyone got ant ideas about a nice restaurant in the city centre for a special occasion. Chinese or italian prefered but not fussed as long as its not indian food!

you could try san remo its an italian resturant i dont know how to spell it so excuss me for that.im an italian myself.

The Zing Vaa on the Moor is a fabulous Chinese restaurant, probably the best I've ever been to (along with another fantastic Chinese restaurant in Stockport).

Lovely food and friendly staff - highly recommend
