It was Paget Street (note the spelling). I lived there in the late 1940s, at No 43. You might look at the threads for Newhall and/or Attercliffe, for other references. Many exiles from this district are seeking memories of Paget Street, Alfred Road, the old "Holler" playground, St Clement's Church, etc.
