Well I want to start up a website because I'm hoping to offer a service where I can put photos on there. Does anyone know the best and best value website site to set my own website up?

depends what you want Ditz, do you want free hosting for a personal site or is this for a business.

Well its for a website that is going to be having photos that clients can refer to when wanting to sell something. so i guess its for a business.

I don't wish to put a damper on your idea, but it's kind of already been done before, and by companies that are now quite big...

I'm assuming this is what your idea is? There are also many image libraries out there as well.
