Love cars but got no dry space to store or tinker with them?

I am just about to start renting a modern 1200 sqft warehouse in the Meersbrook area of Sheffield to store and repair my 73 VW Bug and MGB. I have tried and tried to find a double garage to rent but can't find one in Sheffield or 50 mile radius.

1200 sqft is way more than I need but it's the smallest unit I can find, so I was wondering if anyone wanted to share it. The unit is big enough to store 6 to 8 cars and still be able to get them all out without shuffling.

The unit is extremely security with iron gates on all the doors and windows, alarm, a roller door meters high, so no problem with campers etc,

I'm looking for a like minded person(s) to share the warehouse either just as storage for their car(s) or to store and do light mechanical work on there car(s). no welding, spraying etc. anything that could damage or mark other cars.

If you want to store you car for a long period and therefore could be boxed in it will be £10 p.p.w per car. If you want to store your car and have easy access to get it in and out and do light work on it, the cost will be £22 p.p.w per car.


I have no intention of packing in the cars like sardines so it will be on first come first severed basis.
