The title says it all.
My Dad has been trying to place an order all week and the eBuyer website won't let him and just gives error messages. This week they have stopped taking telephone calls and now the website won't load at all.
Are they in trouble?

Loads for me!
Hmm, it's eventually just loaded on my PC too. Took ages though.
They still don't have the phone number on any more, so it looks like I'm off to Cole Brothers this afternoon to pick up the software that he should have had by now!
They are missing business!
The gates to the place are open and the extended car park is full
Lots of trucks coming and going
Looks like business as usual Tony
(just passed the place):P

Ebuyer.com works most excellently for me... (Sorry, watching Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure as I write) :D

eBuyer did announce (on their website) that all phone support services would cease as of this weekend (or around this week sometime)...
They are still open for business though... You could try CTRL+F5 to force a hard refresh of the cache though in case your browser has had a small hiccup.
Well it seems that my Dad has had a problem but I suspect it;s more to do with him forgetting his user details :D
Sorted him out with a new account and deleted his cache - all back up and running. Thanks for the help folks.
