Just seen this http://www.southyorks.police.uk/news/details.php?id=4114 on the SYP website about criminal damage to cars in the Abbeydale/Woodseats area.

Hope no-one on here has been effected so far and that people can take the necessary precautions to stop anything happening to their vehicles.

:hihi: There might be somthing in that as I've never had any problems exept when dogs and cats starting hanging round, licking my car.

Who ever is doing this seems to be picking on mainly Fords!
I had mine done and so did a neighbour both are fords.

Thankfully they didnt touch my wifes as she would murder them if she caught them. She is already threatening to keep a peice of 2x4 next to the door.

BTW the police have got the facts wrong on the dates, mine happened on the night of the 12th.

i know theyre only cars but it hacks me off when someone damages my baby ! its stupid kids or jealous people i think and what is the point? havent they got anythign better to do? obviously not-therefore we should look at he bigger picture and get government 2 tackle boredom in teens

i saw this guy doing this damage, he has done my mates car exact same on hovercroft rd, he is also on cctv at sainsburys carpark doing the same

Been on the phone with SY Police, they have noted over 40 cars hit by this in the last 2 weeks, just in the woodseats and abbeydale road area:mad:

Had my car done on either the 17 or 18.2.07. Just spoken to Police and they tell me that over 100 cars have been affected in the last few days. As a result, increased patrols are going to be in the area.They believe it's local kids and can pretty much follow a trail. So be warned you little t*rds....
