Street rangers and police patrols seem to have worked ok on the manor, perhaps that would help.

It didn't say what age the kids involved were, but I really think that it is about time parents be held responsable for what their kids are doing out on the streets.

I do wonder what the motivation is for this type of incident.

According to the owners daughter they have requested CCTV before but there hasn't been enough serious incidents. Why does it always take something serious like this to happen before anything ever gets done about it?

Its about time parents were made more responsible instead of blaming "role models" in society. They should be the role model for their kids. Bring back the birch!!

After two years of this I think that they should have got around to having their own CCTV installed. Then they would have enough proof to show to the police, although judging from how they handled Cycleracers missing bike fiasco perhaps it would be better to have a few baseball bats handy. ;)
