Oh! I'm feeling a bit jealous now..:) It's no good - I am going to have to master crocheting. In the meantime I will continue with my Debbie Bliss Pure Cotton cable cardigan. Not quite as cute as the polar bear but still.......

Has anybody got any idea what Mohair fingering weight is?
Fingering weight is roughly the weight of sock yarn. I don't know of a mohair yarn of that weight available over here (Kidsilk haze is too fine for that pattern, as well as too fluffy). I'd be tempted to make him out of some white/pale sock weight yarn.
