The main guy in the video looks really familiar, I know he is an actor in a few films, who is he?

I don't know the video you're referring to, but it's from the 'Footloose' soundtrack - if it's clips from the film, I seem to recall it was played a lot when the goofy guy was learning to dance - think it was Sean Penn's brother.
