I'm graduating in June and will need a room from July 1st. I would like to preferably as close to the city centre as possible, but will consider anywhere with very good public transport links.

The room must have its own lock, a double bed, and internet. Preferably all bills included. Must be to share with a tidy person who doesn't smoke, and who will want to go to the pub every so often.

Am willing to pay up to £70 a week (before bills) if the place is nice enough.

PS would prefer a short-term contact, to be renewed say every 3 months.

We have a room in our 3bed house. Its a good double room in the attic with its own lock on the door. Our housemate moves out to get married at the end of march. we're in crookes, near the springvale - it would take about 15 mins to walk into town but a very good bus service too.

The rent is £180pcm + bills between 3.
