Just remember that a hangover is natures way of telling you that you're not (yet) and alcoholic! :D Disco_Cat 14-10-2004, 06:42 7.30 Am hangover with a coach trip to London to look forward too is pretty ****ty. JoeP 14-10-2004, 06:51 Watch the coffee.....can speed up the metabolism of what's left and cause a follow up....:) Water / Orange juice, Lucozade, Toast, Bananas.....or if you can face it the fry up. And oodles of fresh air! Good luck with it! Joe neeeeeeeeeek 14-10-2004, 07:17 More Beeeeeeeer... Tried this approach Friday Saturday and Sunday and it was great on. Monday was spent at work twitching and shaking, Tuesday sketchy, Wednesday not right but getting better, today back to being knackered, YEY, Normality! Geoff 14-10-2004, 09:41 I agree, waking up at 6am is a real pain. You just want to have some water / headache pills and then get another couple of hours sleep. However, by the time you make it back to bed it's 6.30 and you think "damn, only 45 minutes until I have to be up... it's not worth trying to sleep" and then you end up watching BBC breakfast doing it's endless loop of the same 3 new stories over and over... BoroughGal 22-10-2004, 03:07 Originally posted by neeeeeeeeeek More Beeeeeeeer... It may seem like fun now but wait until you are in your 40's ( if you reach them) it takes a lot longer to recover. |
