Hi people,
Am I the only one who is getting annoyed with O2s service at the moment, for the past month or so the service has been on and off. Last night I couldnt send or recieve texts or make or recieve calls and this isnt the first time either.
Gosh! I have been with o2 for ever, since it was Cellnet, etc. I have never had a problem with them, Just got my new phone yesterday and a new contract, thrilled to bits, and their customer services are great. Just my opinion tho'
I've been with o2 since they were Cellnet, and before when they were BTCellnet with an analogue phone, and I've never had any problems.
Could it be a problem with your phone, Mainframe?

I've always bene on O2 with very few problems. I did send some pics via MMS to my pc email yesterday and they didn't come through until today and one still hasn't arrived yet. Apart from that though, no problems at all.

Iv transfered to o2 from vodafone.Vodafone are absolute crap you can never top up cos the lines are down. And although u get free weekend calls and texts if you spend a fiver.I find it drains my credit fast.O2 are brilliant i had £12.45 on this monring i spoke to me mother in law for 3/4 of an hour and i have £10.00 left so the call cost 2 pound 45.Great stuff.
Worth everypenny
No problems at all with O2.

It could quite possibly be your phone that is on its way out... or you could be living in a cave somewhere.. :)

O2 are one of the worst companies I've ever come across in terms of customer service and phone service.
I made the mistake of switching a while ago from 02 to 02 online, which I undersstood would be a simple process. Since then I've had 3 new phones of the same model, been charged a monthl contract fee twice a month each month for 2 months, and been told no less than 6 different solutions by various different people.
The money I paid out after their errors left me broke for christmas, and suprise suprise, it's not retunrable. I called there customer service helpline no less than 13 times, and eventually wrote 2 letters to complain.
My reward for being a loyal member? A free business card with quick numbers on.
As soon as my contract runs out i'm switching, and recommending to everyone I knnow that they avoid O2, and they're appaling level of staff training and customer service.
My phone, also still doesn't work properly, can't hear anyone on the line when they call, and sends messages whenver it likes and thus makes me go over my monthly free texts every month.
rant over.
