Hello :) we're 3 University of Sheffield students (2 Mech eng and 1 Chemistry,all first years), looking for one housemate,male or female, to join us in a lovely house on Manchester road. We are 2 females and 1 male,and we're all quite friendly:) The house has 4 bedrooms, separate bathroom/shower, spacious rooms with double beds and spacious kitchen with washing machine, the living room is a bit small but still reasonable.Rent is 60ppw, bills to be paid are gas,electricity and water.
