Do you mean the building down near Waitrose, didn't people think it was an electricity sub-station ?

That's what people thought it was, I'm not convinced, I think it's something much more sinister.

Mod: It is a sub station, well a step down transformer I believe. There are lots of posts on this building if you use the search function.
