im thinking of letting my house, its at the top of east bank road at the traffic lights.

Does anyone know what the letting potential there is like since the area has started to look a bit better, and what sort of price one would expect to pay?

I am not very familiar with the current rental prices but 350 per month for a privately owned house seems to me to be very low in sheffield.

hi , yes it is 3 bedroom semi detached with its own drive and huge back garden. sofa, 1 king size bed and 2 single beds in the smaller rooms.

let me know if your still interested and whats your budget as i still havent heard back from agents for what the market rate in that area is.
