Hello,

We currently use Molly Maids Sheffield to clean our house - they are meant to come every two weeks but we have only had them three times since December. They don't turn up when they promise and have been uncontactable for two weeks and when we finally get through a tummy bug was cited as the excuse - have they not not heard of setting the customer's expectations. They were meant to come over this week - but they haven't turned up and yet again no call to apologise and say when they will be over. Don't Molly Maids want to retain their customer's??

Rant over :) What are other people's experience of cleaners? I work down in London most of the week, so its more of a necessity than a luxury
