wear what you feel comfortable in, trainers are ok as are jeans and/or a t-shirt or full evening wear if you like

a good tip on colour of clothing if you dont wanna stand out like a sore thumb black is best

It's still a very popular place so to say this will only cause you more trouble than good - just because we don't turn up with our arses and tits hanging out doesn't make it a dump!

i dont dress like a slob thank you very much just bcus people dont turn up in topshop/topman chic doesnt mean its a 'slob'.

there isnt a dress code thankfully which means u can wear whatever you want to! but shoe wise stay away from anything u dont mind getting dirty so new white trainers wudnt be best if u didnt want them coming out as new black trainers.

(oh well maybe dont turn up in anything chavvy unless its ironic it might not go down too well and sometimes the bouncers will even ask ppl in tracksuits why their there in case their going to make trouble)

would black shoes, jeans, and a shirt or jumper be ok to go in with and what is it like inside and what music do they play

What ever you feel comfortable in - it does get very hot and sweaty in there.

Rock, indie, new metal, emo, punk etc is the sort of music you can find in there.

ive never seen a fight in corp (apart from the mosh pit but that doesnt count) and i very much doubt anyone that goes to gatecrasher or kingdom cud say that. everyone who goes is there to have a good night and listen to good music and just get on with each other, u cudnt say that about kingdom goers if u just look at someone in there they want to know 'what ur looking at' the girls and guys are as bad as each other

No - its a rock club - so there's hardly ever any bother.

Agreed. Its a proper chilled place..wear what you want, don't go with an attitude and you'll have a great night. The upstairs room is probably more "newbie" friendly since they play indie rock/hiphop sorta thing. And yea, I've NEVER seen a fight at corp n i've been going for about 5 years..
Enjoy yourself love!
haha, and yea, don't wear new white trainers unless u want them to turn a fetching shade of black.

Why is that you class everyone who went ot the kingdom was looking for trouble? I thought it was decent music and the majority of people were there for a good time.

Corp - you need to wear jeans that you don't mind getting wet in the toilet, wellies also a good idea!

Downstairs it seems nothing, every time i've been, someone decides to get naked! (Not for my benefit i might add!)

what arnt you allowed to ware to the corp night club because im might go this weekend and wanted to know what the dress code was like

The dress code is far more relaxed and casual than most clubs, or you could go in fancy dress like some people, (You can often find Spike wanabees from Buffy the Vamprie Slayer in there)

There isn't a dress code for Corp. Not much trouble. There is some like you get anywhere, but the bouncers are usually on to it sharpish.

I've been going since I was 16 (whoops) and I'm 24 now. Only ever had one or two run ins there, but it was always sorted straight away.

Best to avoid Skool Disco nights on Wednesday. There is more trouble at them.

And I have seen naked people!

Good ol' corp!
I agree with the loos, even the girls' toilets are vile! I reckon the K corpers flood them for a laugh before we get there...It's obvious they never clean them, take the girls' loos in the small room...there's a suspicious mould growing in the sink...tasty!
Always a good night to be had, I try never to miss a sat night if i can help it
