If he is then theres a chance it's the young lad that's just been moved on from our road. I know he is only twelve because he was in my eldest's year at school, there was at leat 20 13 to 15 year olds and they were all smoking drugs in the street (I know this because my window was open). The young lad was obviously drunk as well judging by the way that he jumped allover the cars parked in the street, and then played chicken with the moving traffic on the command of the elder kids. I am going to be reporting it to 101 because the young lad could hardley stand but they have allready moved on down the road. Unfortunatley I do not have his parents details to let them know, Mind you when he rolls in hardly able to stand I think they may get the idea

:o :o :o god,thats terrible.I live at walkley,and have a 12 yr old,but he's more into watching films and playing footie! (and he's with me now,phew)
