We are serious when we say that we will remove threads posted in the wrong place, I'm afraid.

Moving threads is never going to educate people to put them in the right place to start with. Destroyiing them, and making people do the work all over again, might actually do so.

Yes, the thread had been started in Sheffield Discussions.

Unfortunately, we tried the Move them approach for yonks, and all that happened is that every now and again the Mods end up spending (in some cases) hours moving threads around.

We don't have the time to do it - we've asked nicely so we're now being a bit hard with threads kicked off by people who've been on SF for a while.

If someone wants to kick off a replacement in the CORRECT section of the Forum - maybe Entertainment, for example - then great.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but that's the way we're now working things.
