ok need a little help here, outside the main entrance of our office on the right hand side (just inside the bushes) there seems to be a litter of feral kittens and a large black mother cat.

I'm worried that they will get hurt if left there, is there any cat protection type people who might be able to rescue them?

If you go to the stickies at the top of the pets group, you'll find one of my posts, which is about what to do if you find a cat.

In there you'll find the contact numbers for the lovely people at Cats Protection, who are who you really need to speak to, if these furries are actually feral.

They need trapping and taking somewhere safely, and it's REALLY not recommended for someone else who's not used to dealing with ferals to try doing it (it can mentally screw the cats up pretty badly as well as meaning that the humans end up in hospital- these are wild animals with big teeth and claws, even the babies).

I've removed the location, for safety's sake. There are some nasty people who think that harming cats is ok.

There are active Cats Protection people in Sheffield who have lots of experience- they're the ones you need. We don't take ferals at the Shelter since we don't have the facilities and space to deal with them within the building and we only have the one building- the CP have lots of different homes and gardens to look after them in.
