What did the Moor Fashion Show feature - The Poundland Spring Collection? The Jack Fulton Jacket?

LOL!! I was thinking the same - modelled by Shanelle, this seasons must have hard plastic heeled boots from Home Bargains.

I am liking the Poundland Spring collecion though! Sounds like a really entertaining trip out!

I was there, modelling some of the menswear. We had a fantastic night, the dancers were awesome, the body painted girls were good (Moet girl's outfit was incredible) we had a lot of laughs and did a lot of good work for charity mate!
We models bonded and made some friends (even though I can barely remember any of the girls names) and everyone pulled together to put an incredibly professional and effective show on with what for some people was just one day preparation.
The collections we showed were mostly pretty cool with most peoples favourite probably being either the Bridal collection from Debenhams or Amie B's glamourous designer dresses.
I have to say my Groom's outfit was not to my taste but so what, apparently I made it look good.
Gerrardsbabe, did you have a good time (and who are you, btw)?

All models please feel free to PM me, we'll all have to get together again at some point for a drink.

My daughter was there as a model she had a great time and really enjoyed it. Good on all you models and everyone else that helped to raise money for charity. :thumbsup:

I was there.. wonder if we crossed paths.. got talking to quite a few people!!! Was good fun.. and the models were pretty hot!

the show was brilliant - everyone worked so hard to make this a success - Martina e-mailed me today to say £5000 raised - fabulous :clap:

i was from one of the shops that had their collections modelled and just wanted to say a massive thankyou to all the models who worked hard and looked fab, everyone who put the show together must be so proud of how it looked and how much money was raised, can't wait til the next 1 xx

I loved every minute of last night and i am so proud of everyone, we made it the night it was and worked very hard to put smiles on every single person watching.....

It was a great night and there was a lot of help behind the scenes as well.. don't know where I would have been if it weren't for the lady who worked at Melody (my helper) and Beverley the choreographer.

Not that we were given any time to panic mind!!!

A lot of effort went into the night and it was hard work!

i was a dresser in the same room as the melody lady, talk about organised chaos lol but glad all went ok in the end, all the models (in our room) were the lovely and it was a pleaure to work with ya x

all our models in that room was barking mad lol...........

I was there - and yes the models were hot! Well I'm allowed to say that though - as Osiris is my other half! I was so proud of him and all the models. They looked great.

It was a fun night and for a worthy cause.

i was sooo nervous about being the first model on stage but it all went really really well, no trips or slips on the catwalk!

Yeah we had a laugh didn't we, Kate and I will probably be going out next friday. Does anyone fancy going to see Alex DJing at Casbah? I think Kate and I are going to that too, although I can't remember what date he told me, I think it was the 23rd.
How about next friday we kick the night off in the classiest bar in town, The Ivory? It's just off West Street and does absolutely the best cocktails in town!

Jack Eames' card DOES say to give him five days. You do realise that he has a lot to do, he doesn't just take photos and put them up, he also has to edit each one individually. Give him the five days his card tells you to.

It's my night THIS Thurs 22nd "SUPERFREAK" downstairs@ CASBAH!!! It's £3 to get in but sweet jesus it's worth it!!....Music policy is pretty much anything goes, with a mix of 50s rock'n'roll, swinging 60s, 70s funk and soul classics, dark 80s electro, 90s rave, naughties pop...everything you need to dance! Drinks are cheap too, i.e. £1.50 for vodka +mixer, £1.60 bottles.

only 1 or 2 of the models were from an agencie n 1 or 2 were told about the show by photographers, most saw the post on sheffield forum i believe (correct me if im wrong)

I found it in Jobs Section of forum. I don't use agencies. (Apparently I'm too short!) So I go Free Lance instead.

Most agencies don't tell models about pro-bono work so everyone who modeled there had to find out about it for themselves.

The picture in the telegraph was one of the body art girls. the one with green and flowers.

Hate to break this to you Amanda, but people are different. If they want to go out Thursday it's their choice. Thursday nights are generally better than fridays. I like Wednesdays best. You go out Friday with your group, they'll go out Thursday. What's the problem?

missed this show. some people that go to the place i dance at were in it. saw them on thursday and they said it was good. gutted. oh well, next year hopefully!!

Hey, I'm sharing DJ duties with 2 other guys but I should be on lots between 10 and 2 so there's plenty of chances to catch me.
