Im after a wedding ring. Have been married for nearly 20 years and did have one when we got married but havent worn it or even seen it over the past few years.
Im after a plain gold band but a thick one, at least a cm and havent seen any in the shops.
Is there anywhere I could get one made?
Which shops are you looking in?
If you want something made, try Stephen at Ridgeway Craft centre :)
All the jewellers in Mhell. None of the rings on sale are wide enough.
Thanks for the tip.

No rings cant be made, thats impossible.
Look in yellow pages for ring designers. My husband had one made at a small workshop on John Street, cost him a fortune though. There is another one at Swallownest, sorry can't remember the names though.

Just get yourself off to the Jewelry Quarter and announce that in a loud voice
BTW - Stephen can order from suppliers in Birmingham for you too ;)

The one at Swallownest is called Elipse Jewellers he's made me a few things, have to wait a while if he's busy, but hes very good.
Try the asian jewellers near corner of Pagehall Road, most of the intricate asian jewellery is hand crafted and you could probably have one made to your own design. They various qualities of gold too so choose one to suite your price too.
I'd recommend PA at Walkley as well
