Sorry to hear of such a dreadful and sad loss....R.I.P Anita
oh dear, another sad loss. i think the death penalty should be brought back, then people might think again before they do such a terrible thing. this happens too much dont you think. what about the 2 year old that was killed in leeds, 3 men have been arrested. its getting worse here day by day.

:(
thing is it doesnt seem to stop people in the american states that it is imposed in.Another prisoner on death row was just released very close to his execution day from DNA evidence proving he never did it. You have to wonder how many have died and were innocent. I was a potential juror in a murder trial and said I would not convict to a death sentence. I was excused. The death sentence does not work.

If it saves me having to pay to keep someone in 3 square meals a day, colour telly, gym, and all the other "priveliges" of being in prison for 30 years, then it works for me.

Please feel free to shoot me down on this one, it's just my theory. As many murders are commited by people who are so high on drugs during the crime that they can't remember what they have done would it not be a better idea to execute the drug dealers who supplied them?
Seriously thought the Saddam execution fiasco along with tales of long and painful deaths during lethal injection executions along with the possibility of mistakes being made leads me towards the anti death penalty lobby.

Luckily for you , you would not have to make that decision. A merciful nation has done it for you.

Which drugs is it that make you lose your memory?
