It's come up in a few threads, and from discussing with friends, it seems Ant Marketing has a truly appaling record in staff retention.

I lasted one and a half days. I resented being told off for talking to the lad sitting next to me.

"you aren't hear to socialise" said the team leader with distinct Tom Brown overtones.

I keep getting a missed called from them.

How do you market an ant?

All I've heard from Ant marketing staff if how bad they are, they just care about making money etc etc.

My sister (who I don't talk to) tried praising them once, I knew she was lying cos she's a crap liar. Lo & behold, she left 2 weeks later.

They told her she'd get full maternity pay, then went back on the agreement & never paid her a penny. Cos she'd got nothing in writing, she had no leg to stand on.

my best mate works there she never had any troubles!!!! i lasted a week,, a week of misery!!!

My missus went for an interview at the Rotherham branch, got the job offered with a can you start tomorrow offer, parked outside on the first day, decided it was arsehole central, and never went in. I've polled an hour, but it needs a new category

Thats place was ****ing disgusting. I have done some bad jobs but they got me to to there was against any ethics whatsoever. I stayed 1 1/2 days but after the first few hours just pretended to call people
