Is it just me, or can anyone else seem the similarities to Torchwood? Even the incidental "background" music is nearly the same.
All that being said, so far it seems to be ok, but it's early days.

I waited for two weeks to watch this and it turned out to be crap.
Theyre obviously going to go through the time barrier thing, obviously going to get stranded, THEN try to solve the mystery of why its there and why others went through in the past.
Lost/Jurassic Park/Torchwood all in one cheap package.

I didn't even make the effort. It's an ITV production, on a Saturday night, so was probably bound to be a pile of rubbish.
I honestly can't think of the last time an ITV programme actually appealed to me.

In the past couple of weeks ITV's done 3rd rate rip offs of "Dragons' Den", "Who Do You Think You Are?" and now "Torchwood". I know ITV's only Chav TV for council estate dwellers, but they could at least be original.
What next - a time-travelling scifi show called "Doctor What"?
