My parents are coming over in a couple of weeks and will be needing a place to stay, ideally within 10 minutes of hillsborough - and I can't think of anywhere! :huh: Any suggestions much welcome! Or even somewhere not too far out in the Peaks ...

I guess all they want is somewhere nice, comfy, serves breakfast, medium price-range.

So if anyone out there has any ideas, I'd be thrilled, coz I'm at a loss! :help:

I've searched through the archives, but not found many suggestions other than The Garrison and Hillsborough Hotel ... and to be honest, I've heard mixed reviews about both ... Just curious, Sazk23, how'd you find the rooms, breakfasts, etc in the Garrison? Coz twould be ideally located, if it worked out ...!

Anyone else got any other ideas for hotels, guest houses or b&bs?

Yeah the Harley is pretty good, I stayed there whilst in between houses for a week- cracking breakfast too :D
