Dragon PENGUIN 09-10-2004, 21:54 No easy way around it mate, your best bet would be to upgrade your computers operating system either with XP or 2000. Windows ME has never been seen as a good choice of OS anyway, so you have a good reason to upgrade. HotPhil 10-10-2004, 08:55 It's not designed to work with Me. A quick trip over to iPodlounge (http://www.ipodlounge.com) will sort you out with all the info. I'm not in the same situation, but believe there's a program called ephpod that'll make her mini talk to WinMe/iTunes - have a search in their forum. Alternatively, take it back to Coles for a refund - new iPods aren't sold as being compatible with pre-2000 versions of Windows, if you were told it was compatible, you were mis-sold. dragonsoup 11-10-2004, 19:37 We were miss sold but cant bear to take it back, going to change software. Thanks for the advice. |
