Just an enquiry, but I saw Jimmy Carrol at the Platinum Suite, Sheff Utd last Wednesday night, is this the same Jimmy Carrol thats on Radio Sheffield on a Saturday?

And does anyone know were he's working again in this area, he was absolutly fantastic, very sharp and cruel, hes the funniest comic I've seen around here for years.

So anyone know were he's at soon?

AFAIK, its not the same Jimmy Carrol from the radio. He plays working mens clubs a lot, keep an eye out for him at your local one.

It is the self same fellow.

I stand corrected. After seeing his act many times in working mens clubs, I just couldnt imagine him lasting 5 minutes on the radio :D
