are there any IT & computer peeps who knows anyone who can get me and fit me a DVD re-writer to my computer or does anyone know of any computer shops that are reasonable value and will go a good job and not wreck my computer or run off with it?

Yep... Done this for a few clients recently so I can also recommend a good DVD drive and media that will work well with it...

I can also make sure your security is all patched up while I'm at it..

Crown Computers (245 London Road) have parts/can fit, though you'd be better simply buying the DVDRW and fitting it yourself (if your'e worried about warranty issues, then you'll have to use the warranty providers upgrade/fitting service)!
