Heya everybody!!!!

I'm going to stay a whole year in Sheffield on September, could anyone tell me which clubs o pubs play Rock (better if Punk) music and give live concerts?

Corporation is he club I would recommend. Pubs, there is The Sportsman, Dove and Rainbow, The Nelson, D n R Bar, Moorfoot Tavern. They are the main ones I can think of. Venues, Under The Boardwalk, D N R Bar, Corporation, Moorfoot Tavern and Plug. All usually have Rock/Punk gigs on quite regularly.

I second that...there is a good selection now up and running in Sheffield.....you are spoiled for choice in fact.....:thumbsup:

The Leadmill also has the odd rock act playing gigs there.

UTB are offering free entry live band nights most nights a week now too. Punk on Mondays, metal on tuesdays, not had a chance to check out the other days yet. Plus there's loads of pubs around that have bands on, Cobden view Nottingham House, Les Car, grapes and of course the otehrs mentioned above.
