Ive had my hair cut in a few places in sheff (around S10, S11, S7, S1) but am still to find what id call mine.

Where do people like to go for a quick trim?

ta.

p.s. when i was younger we had a mobile hairdresser that came to the house, was awesome, apart from the mess!

i go to 'hair cuttery' in town on Pinstone St my stylist is liz she's great always cuts it how i want ,she was previously at 'everyday people'
i find she always listens to what i want then advisers me if she dosnt agree but my say is final on my hair rather than her doing what she thinks is better
try them out
they do good coffee in huge mugs too which is a bounus

I go to Scott's on the Wicker. Mainly cos its where I change buses on my way home from work so its convenient.

If you're a bloke who isn't too fussy about their haircuts and you happen to have to go near there I'd say its quite good.
Costs just over a fiver I think.

I like Creator on West Street...quite pricey, but the service is really friendly, you can watch dvds on personal players and drink wine!! Also, they are very good at fitting people in at the last minute.

Elise at HQ (Banner Cross) knows what she's doing. But she also listens to what you want.

Freestylers on either Eccy Rd ( near Nona's ) or their new shop
on Devonshire st. near the Forum - very 'state of the art'.

Price reflects location but free drink and entertainment and good advice

I thought the fashion these days was a no-hair head shave...what does it matter who does it ? And it shoudn't cost more than a couple of quid for the five minutes it takes.

Hair by Christmas at Broomhill - even if you just go for a quickie or a normal haircut, its great to sit and watch folk getting their wild colours, extensions etc done!

must be an age thing but most of these 'so-called' trendy hair cuts look like the person in question has been involved in a road traffic accident and then run over by one of those lorries that paints the white lines on the side of the road. However that is supposedly the equiverlant of my dad saying stuff like 'in my day. we locked people like that up '- refering to anyone with an earring. Its sad but true - we become our parents!
