Thinking of going to Thailand mid-June for my honeymoon (3 weeks).

I've never been so want to see if anyone has been late June/early July and can tell me what the weather is like.

My itinerary is Bangkok and then 2 of:-

Koh Samui
Phuket
Krabi.

We ideally wanted to combine with the Maldives but unless anyone can tell me different I think it'll be too wet there.

Any advice on hotels/areas in any of the above would be greatly appreciated.

have today's weather dude.

Bangkok is dirty, crouded and a must to see.
Phuket is fun and I can give you the number of a tuk tuk driver that will rip you off but not as much as the rest and he will show you the places the others don't.
Elephant ride is a must. I missed the james bond island but I'm told it's worth the trip.
Ignore the tourist places and you will find that the local food is cheap and tastes great. I went just after the tsunami when the poor sods were on their knees.
would love to know how they have bounced back.

Had 11 days in Phuket last June. Post Tsunami it's pretty much back to normal in the tourist areas. Weather wise it rained on 1 day.
We had 5 days in the Maldives in June in 2001. Hot and sunny everyday but May is the start of their monsoon season so you takes your pick.

Hotel wise, I can recommend Cape Panwa (http://www.capepanwa.com/main.asp) on Phuket (note - 30 mins drive from Phuket Town, but no bad thing IMO) and the Full Moon Resort (http://www.fullmoonmaldives.com/) in the Maldives.

Bangkok is everything upinwath says it is.

Phuket - get in touch with 'Phuket Richard' (Google him).
Maldives - arrange a boat/snorkel/scuba trip (not much else to do!)
Bangkok - go see a Muay Thai tourney at Lumpini or Ratchadamnoen Stadiums.

Koh Samui is amazing, its such a beautiful place, and theres everything you could want, from crazy Thai Nightlife to quiet tranquil beaches. Koh Phagnan is just a boat trip away and is also well worth it, especially if you enjoy clubbing and can go for the full moon party.
Not been to Krabi but I heard the diving is excellent, as is Koh Tao and Phi Phi.
Enjoy :)
