hi everyone,
I am loking for a flat to buy in city centre. I am actually a student at sheffield university and thought that the city centre location would be best as it would b close to everything. I have seen a property in west point, trippet lane/west street. Can I have opinion abt the area,locality, safety and chances of renting the property out. What is the difference between west 1 and west point with these points in mind.
Also the flat I am looking at doesnt come with parking facilities. I wanted to know if it was possible to maybe easily rent out a parking place from somewhere else or if there was any other parking facilites available.
The property i am looking at was on the market as being on West street so i assumed that the area would be fine, but looking on the forum it seemed that west point might have another entry from trippet lane.
any comments would be greatly appreciated.
