Hi does anyone know any good shops or websites or ebayshops/sellers where i can buy cheap beads, charms or buttons??? Ta muchly x

There's a shop on Ecclesall rd just down from Hunters Bar that sells these sort of things.

Ive been there already, and its quite expensive and its a bit boring!!!! get so used to the cool stuff that is on ebay....but i do tend to get obsessed and spend a fortune!!!

might sound like a daft question, but what sort of thing are you looking for?

the reason i ask is because i used to make bits and bobs of my own jewellery when i was a teenager- i used to get the majority of my beads from the bead shop in covent garden and other individual crafty shops (having a mum with the same hobby was very useful ;) )

anyway, my folks visited this weekend and brought loads of stuff with them, some id asked for....a lot i didnt even know still existed!

in that stuff was a basket full of costume jewellery (a lot of it beaded) and my old craft tin, full of all sorts of beads and i think some findings too.

for a fiver the whole lot is yours....id rather it go to crafty home and get a new lease of life then fester in the back of a cupboard (taking up much needed space!) at mine.
