I was wondering whether there is anybody who has got some experience with Progressive Relaxation by Jacobson? Do you know whether there is a group or anybody teaching this technique in the Sheffield area? Have you ever tried it? What is your experience?

You could do as well to look into Feldenkrais method which I think does all that and more
