You want to go to an old fashioned shop on a normal street that sells everything.
We have one near us, that sells those bulbs, the new shops won`t bother selling them.

Theres a shop on the wicker that sells things like that and you can try Maplins opposite the peace gardens, they sell disco equipment so they should sell coloured bulbs.

Try Morrisons they have quite a few screw cap bulbs and I'm sure I've seen coloured ones amongst them.
