Hi peeps!

I recently purchased a block of 5 flats and a 4 bedroom flat. These were originally 3 terraced houses which were subsequently converted into self-contained flats.

However, the electric/water meters have stayed in the same place- the basement cellar and each flat has a prepayment coin meter which allows tenants to pay for their electricity in this way. In the future I would like to be able to sell the flats separately - and so i would need the meters separating to each flat - am i right???

Can anybody identify the main issues I would need to overcome & if so - do they know the solutions???
