Watched the first part last nigh (1 Feb 07) only because the fantastic Steve Pemberton from The League of Gentlemen was in it, and i thought it was fantastic! What did everyone else think?

was only half watchin it but the bits i saw were great i thought it would be on for more than half an hour though

What a good laugh Benidorm is, well put together & very true to life, especially the 'brits' eating crap, dripping with cheap Argos & QVC 'bling bling'. (very subtle)

No doubt the wifes will be off with the local 'Stavrosses' in later episodes..... I can't wait.

It portrays exactly why I tend to steer clear of going to Spain.

I will be recording every episode.

It was wicked, very funny.
I thought an hour would have been better and I wouldn't have got bored.
It can't do Benidorms tourist industry much good though.

I watched it and I loved it. It really does describe what bennidorm is really like. I went there about 4 years ago with ex bf and its full of brits trying not to spend owt. We were all inc and harldy anyone left the resort incase they missed a meal.
Like I say I thought it was great and wished they did hour episodes instead but the bit where the young lass colapsed and the family didnt know she was pregnant was cheesy, as if you couldnt tell :loopy:

A repeat of the first 2 episodes was shown last night and I managed to watch it. It was brilliant. Very entertaining. Can't wait for tonight's episode.
