i don't know when or how but its diapeared......where can i find it? ive tried searching files and folders and looking in my computer but had no luck....:help: :help: :help: :help: ther's something important that i need in there.

If you're using XP you could try restoring back to a point before you lost the bin.

That has happened to me before, I use XP Pro. Reinstall windows, it should come back. Couldn't find another way to do it.

There is a way to do it, but I have forggoton, search the web for the answer.

Reinstalling windows is a bit drastic.

Yes, but your - no offence, average user isn't going to want to be introduced to a new user interface.

As for the Recycle Bin front.... not sure, haven't come across that before. You could try hunting around Windows Explorer - or is there still a copy in the Start bar?

open windows explorer (windows key and e) then look for the recycle bin in the left hand pane,click on it to highlight it and then go to the top of the page and click on file, move yer cursor down until it`s on the bit that says recycle bin with an arrow next to it then another menu shoots out and you click on the create shortcut bit. it`ll then tell you that the shortcut can`t be placed there but do ya want it on the desktop instead. This is on xp not sure whether or not it`s same on the other os`s
