View Full Version : February Magknits and new Anti-Craft are up
Lucy-Lastic 01-02-2007, 16:37 Here (http://www.magknits.com/Feb07/patterns/) - quite like the socks and the hat has possibilities but not sure about the rest.
Just noticed that theres a new anticraft (http://www.theanticraft.com/index.htm) too - hmmm not for the easily offended
The Anti-Craft is, erm, interesting  . The pie looks yummy though.
I rather like the hoody in Magknits, though it would have to be full-length. Would it be mean to say that the styling of the accompanying photo is just the tiniest bit on the chav side? Sorry :hihi: . I like the mittens too (good idea for coping with bus fares). The socks are rather pretty, but I'm tiring of lace-pattern ones.
I like the tea cosy. Will people stop pointing me in the direction of new patterns please, I feel like I'm running up an escalator!!!! :hihi:
Aw, both are fabulous! *casts on madly*
Shine, who may or may not have started knitting a uterus...

Why? And again, why? .

Are the elfines getting you down????
The hoody was intersting (definitely liked the yarn) but yes I would need it to be rather longer. And I see what you mean about the chavishness of the photo:hihi:
The Elfine's are still needle-less, I'm afraid. It's more apathy and the unwillingness to face the prospect of frogging the heel for the fourth time that's preventing me from picking them up again though.
You must admit that, pretty as they are, there's been quite a lot of lacy sock patterns around of late.

I really hated making those socks in the end Im afraid to say. The River Rapids on the other hand have been brilliant - 1 down 1 togo:D

That pattern would benefit from the use of just a sprinkling of hairy novelty yarn... :hihi: .

:hihi: Yes I see where you are coming from:D

I suppose it'd make a fairly interesting dogs' chew toy, especially if you could find one of those squeaky things to put inside it that instead of sqeaking, makes a sort of yelping sound when the dog bites into it  .
