Feel free to create your worst Wednesday 11, say from 1980 onwards.

1. Srnicek
2. Darren Wood
3. Wilf Rostron
4. Greg Fee
5. Larry May
6. Gary Owen
7. Lee Briscoe
8. Dave Bennett
9. Pablo Blonvin
10. Colin West
11. Franz Carr.

There goes mine, I could have made ten line ups easily.

you Are obviously a wednesdayite judging by the players you have listed, I just cant for the life of me figure why you would do a thread like this, Unless its the best p*sstake ever.

Pavel Srnicek weren't that bad, now Ola Tidman has to be one of the worst keepers we've had in a long time. Well til Brad Jones arrived.

We've had quite a few over the last few seasons with the likes of Jon Beswetherick, Dean Smith, Brian Barry-Murphy, Craig Armstrong, Kim Olsen etc

1. Ola Tidman
2. Chris Carr
3. Jon Beswetherick
4. Dean Smith
5. Guy Branston
6. Brian Barry-Murphy
7. Craig Armstrong
8. Craig Rocastle
9. Kim Olsen
10. Guylain N'dumbu N'sugu
11. Paul McLaren

Now that team would grace the Conference North

A suggestion from the 70's, Peter Feeley.
Even when in the top flight there were some terrible buys and Francis was at the helm of many. Whittingham, Gordon Watson, was it Ingerson - that Swedish 'box-to box player'? Rudi even, hardly set the pulse racing. Blinker, another disappointment. The list is endless really. I can go back over 50 years but the dark days of the 70's were bad with the likes of Paul Shirtliff.

Grayson (I think) should be in there - from the season after we got relegated from the Premiership.

Three posts above, WATSON is there! Richards went to Southampton to do the deal himself - rather than leave it to Francis - Watson was so bad but I think he believed he could do it.

O'Donnell and Donnelly... just add the third member of trash, SCOTT!

Franz Carr wasn't that bad , either.

Add Adem Poric & Kenneth Brannigan to the post 1980 list (we're going to have a squad of 50 before long !!!) ; and four (sorry six by now) starters for the pre-1980 one are :-
Andy Proudlove
Ian Fleming
Colin Symm
Brian USHER
Harold Wilcockson
Steve Downes.

Being crap isn't the biggest sin though.
Having skill and being idle is a bigger crime (IMO)..
Try getting these to break sweat when you're 2-0 down, to get you back in the game:-
De Bilde, Jonk, Proudlock, Jemson, Rudi, Siggi Jonsson & Dan Petrescu.!
