Don't believe the hype.

Over £9 for a meat and potato pie in what is, a roadside cafe?

Last time I went I looked on the blackboard expecting to find a Richard Smith Head Up My Own Backside special.

It wasn't there but if it was, it would have been too expensive anyway.

Richard Smith was in my brother's class at school. For some bizarre reason, he was nicknamed "Dodo".......

I have always enjoyed the food there, it is more expensive than your average cafe though.

I would highly reccomend the food there. It is more expensive than average cafe, but then it's not an average cafe is it, much nicer. And if it's good value (the portions are hugh) then it's worth the money.

I too think it's great. Fantastic food, more than your average cafe, but higher standard of food. You can't please everyone, but I think the fact it's always full proves they please a lot of people!

The food was excellent there. I was more than happy to pay the prices as the food was delicious.

Was better atmosphere than a restaurant, but with the same quality of food.
