Its called "I Wish I Knew How It Would Feel To Be Free". Nina Simone has done a cover, as well as the Lighthouse Family and Jools Holland amongst others. The original composer was Billy Taylor.

For some reason my cats go mental when i whistle this to them. Start biting you and crawling all over you and then they used to bite each other in a sexual fashion. Doesn't happen with ANY other song! Weird!
