There's a load of Sheffield Council traffic cams linked to here (http://sccplugins.sheffield.gov.uk/utc/sheffcctv1map.htm). Not exactly scenic though.

There's a company called Axis who make network cameras. You can find all the unprotected ones through google like this (http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=inurl%3A%2Fview%2Findex.shtml&btnG=Google+Search&meta=). Always seems to work better with Firefox/Mozilla/SeaMonkey though for some reason. There are some really good ones, but there's also some rubbish. I'll post some of the better ones if I ever find that damn text file I saved...
