Granada spares-is 1991 a classic?

Recommended Posts

Its never clear to me what a classic is, but the police seem to show more interest in my 15 year old motor than is welcome, especially if they see me out after dark - (good job I’m not of ethnic minority). I should have been a police officer as I always seem to be helping them with their enquiries.

Anyway, back to motors that are a few years old. I’m in need of a fuel tank for a 1991 Granada MK3 2LT I. Apart from “body car” on Attercliffe (or whatever the old melbros shop is called), does anyone know who else can get hold of fuel tanks for older cars?.

A good second hand one would be ok. However, lots of the yards put holes in the tanks as they come in apparently.

ebay have them buy now £79.95 +£12.50 P&P failing that try contacting a few ofthe banger racers who may have one! They don`t use the standard tank for safety reasons.
