View Full Version : The new Coke man, is he a dog.
PaulTansley 28-01-2007, 13:11 To be honest I'm not sure if he is the new Coca Cola or Pepsi man but being a man and not looking through a females eyes that the new guy isn't as good looking as he is portrayed.
Now I've never claimed to be an oil painting but in looks wise I may give him a bit of competition.
Well, 20 years ago maybe :hihi: but seriously is this guy as good looking as portrayed, is he a dog or is he a hunk.
I think he is just a plain guy no different from us all.
muddycoffee 28-01-2007, 13:32 Paul,
have you been drinking, I am not sure that I have understood a word of that. Is this a character that comes around to your house?
rubydazzler 28-01-2007, 13:34 awww! bless ... if you want to think that Paul, you go right ahead :)
Who's your fave, though - the 11 o'clock break man is the one that instantly springs to my mind :P
"It's 11.30" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bRUFmMi4SSA) is definitely my favourite.
As regards the lift man (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l0O8t4zXQy8), does anyone have any idea why, when the women come out of the lift, he is standing facing the wall of the lift?
PaulTansley 28-01-2007, 13:52 Paul,
have you been drinking, I am not sure that I have understood a word of that. Is this a character that comes around to your house?  \the others seem to understand it Muddy, yeah I have been drinking, tea , I,m on about the new advert on TV, there is always a hunky good looking guy that fronts it, however I feel the new guy isn't as pretty as he is portrayed.
I have seen better looking guys in the street, hey don't get me wrong, I'm as streight as spirit level but if I was to pick the best looking bloke to star in a multi million pound advert I would have probably looked further.
know what I mean.

Well to be honest Ann I don't have a best because I don't usually orgle at mens torso's, but I am aware that its usually done by some top male model with a body to die for, but you know more about that:D however I just feel that this new guy hasn't quite got the look.
rubydazzler 28-01-2007, 14:00 Thamks Ann* I enjoyed that little reprise of the 11.30 break man ;)
And having looked at the new guy again, Paul - how can you say he's just like any other guy on the street ... look again!
HUNK? deff. HOT? double deff.

Hmm, I have and I'm not convinced this guy is great looking.
I understand that i'm looking at him from a male perspective Rubydazzler but he's no oil painting is he.:suspect: :suspect:
Am I alone in this, come on girls, what do you think.
EdnaKrabappe 28-01-2007, 14:11 No he's pretty cute. Nice face, nice hair. Good smile, come to bed eyes. He's a bit too clean cut but you could scruff him up a bit :hihi:
AJ sheffield 28-01-2007, 15:15 I read in last weeks Metro that he was supposed to be more representative of todays man, not some musclebound model.
I think he's a dog! not very impressed with him at all.

I wouldn't pass up the opportuntity Elora if it was offered to me ;)
His hair's a right old state, and he looks a bit dull. It's a big no to muscle-bound, perma-tanned bimbos, but this one just looks boring.
He reminds me of one of those blokes from the Wella hair product ads :gag: .

mmmm mmmmm u know if that happened at our place id be the one at the window @ 11.28am hehe
AJ sheffield 28-01-2007, 20:46 He looks like an anorexic Jon Bon Jovi.
He looks like an anorexic Jon Bon Jovi.
HaHaHa!:hihi: :hihi: that made me laugh AJ!..So true mate, an anorexic JB Jovi.
The Coke Zero guy is supposed to be someone normal men can relate too, as Coke Zero is realy Diet Coke (which is seen as a girls drink) rebranded to apeal to blokes. So he doesn't want to be too good looking, or too fit, or too anything realy, he has to be "normal"

I see, so theres hope for us all then....
Think I'll give em a bell, before Shoeshine gives me some competition.:hihi:

But we're not talking about the Coke Zero men, sadly, they definitely are all like the average man you see around, even down to the off colour sexist comment about bras :D
PT was talking about the Diet Coke man ... totally different proposition :P
SparklyShoes 01-02-2007, 10:43 the lift man makes me feel sick..he's gross!
