The guy is FANTASTIC. You will probably know his music if you have seen the film Amelie. I can't say I've heard anything like his music elsewhere. So are you a fan?

I don't have the Amelie CD but when I go to my hairdresser's he puts the CD on for me. But I always get a lump in my throat because of course it reminds me of the film, but also of when I visited Paris, staying in Montmartre (Amelieville) I had the music going on in my head. I think it's gorgeous. :love:

And now it reminds me of getting my hair cut.

I'm glad to hear someone else out there likes his music. The Amelie soundtrack is a bit of a greatest hits of his. Purdy if you would like to hear more of his, I would be happy to recommend some albums.
