or home that way such as the council don't ave to waste time and fuel and man power wages etc on coming out to measure twice and then do the repair then also they could be accessed by emergency services as well and the police. the amount of money that such as Sheffield homes would save the only down side would be for private owners would ave to pay administration fees to change details of there houses when having extensions done or other home improvements even if this only applied to council houses it would save loads

I believe the scc council on record all the dimensions of every council house on record and the location of all services. they just dont use them.

they have drawings of every different council house in architect form

so why do they ave to come out to measure if they already ave that knowledge why is this system in place now we ave the technology to find information in seconds

I dont think anyone can answer that question especially the scc it will be to complicated for them
