Hi all, I have recently moved to Sheffield to take up teaching post. I'm a real homebird and regularly return to my native Derry or Belfast, where I used to work and go to uni.Anyway, looking to meet up with any Irish people so I can have good crack the weekends that I stay in Sheffield. So get in touch and maybe we'll meet up for a pint or two.

Hey, I'm not in Sheffield yet, but as a fellow mucker I thought it wouldn't be a bad idea to keep in touch for when I go up for viewings or when I finally move (company relocation). Maybe I could get your advice. We might even know each other already (did you go to the college?) Cheers, James.

Get in touch with an organisation called Cara at the Workstation, they link up the Irish community.

On Paternoster Row, near the train station and Showroom cinema. Across from the national unpopular centre for popular music....soon to be the new Students Union.

hi guys/gals

i hail from monaghan. c'mon the farney

i'd like a medal reflecting the fact that it's the **best county in ireland - especially for sport (don't think g.a.a., think barry mc guigan - he was world famous!) - which i will gladly accept on her behalf, and i figure we can meet up and perform an awards ceremony and have a laugh at the same time somewhere soon......

in case anyone cares (i know i don't - kidding!), i went to college in athlone

**disclaimer - the monaghan tourist board and me da made me write that!

Nope, that place closed a couple of years ago. I think it's a community centre with computer facilities for the locals.
