The first of the 'bangs' associated with bonfire night have started. I thought they were clamping down on sales. Does anyone know the law regarding fireworks?

Like most of these laws, it's only as good as the policing that backs it up. I don't really think that the cops will be chasing after firework throwing yobs, they just don't have the manpower, so it'll be pretty much the same as usual I reckon.

They have been going off since August where I live.I dread this time of year.I have no objections to fireworks & kids enjoying themselves, it's the big bombs that go off they shake the house the police will never stop illegal firework sales they don't care about anything than sitting in there nice new car or running around the sky in there lovely helicopter. They should put them all back on the beat, those were the day's.
